A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged to the above credit card for any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. www.limoserviceinnyc.com cannot be held responsible for passenger flights or trains that are missed, canceled, diverted, delayed, or any other incident the company cannot control, which fails the customer to comply with the above-required cancellation policy. In these instances, we will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients. If for any reason, the account balance is not paid, I agree that I will be liable for any reasonable legal fees and costs in addition to my outstanding balance.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Inside pickup for Sedan and SUVs will cost you $25 additional. Inside pickup for Stretch Limousines $50, Vans $80 and $150 for Buses.30 minutes free waiting time for Domestic Flights while 60 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a minute, Vans $1.5 a minute and all others $150 an hour no matter if it's even for 10 minutes.
PAYMENTS: Payment will be collected by "www.limoserviceinnyc.com". We collect payments 5/7 days prior to your Reservation date or on the receipt of the authorization from the customer to collect the payment.
CANCELLATION: For full refund, cancel your reservation; Sedan/SUV 48 hours prior, Vans 72 hours prior and 7 days prior for buses and limousines. Otherwise, your reservation will be 50% charged as cancellation fee. No refund in the case of NO Show or driver on the way.
WAITING/STOPs: 10 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport pickup. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a min, Vans $1.5 a min and all others $150 an hour no matter if it's even for 10 minutes . A 10/15 minute stop on your way to the destination will have $20 more on the reservation; any stop exceeding it will have a price as per waiting time.
DAMAGES/CLEANING: Additional charges may be applied if any damages applied or an event occurrence where cleaning is required. The amount will be determined by the serving driver assigned for your reservation.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: You have to submit an authorization form filled and signed by you, attached with a copy of your credit card and driving license etc.
I authorize www.limoserviceinnyc.com to debit my credit card in the amount listed below or any pre-approved amounts. I understand that the execution of this authorization constitutes such approval. I assume full responsibility for any and all non-payments. The cancellation policy** has been fully explained to me, and I understand the same.
